Thanks to careful fermentation and slow sun-drying, it has a rich flavour with strong notes of chocolate, nuts and flowers. The cocoa from this plantation is part of the renaissance of the famous Arriba cocoa, which is appreciated for its delicate aromatic profile and natural sweetness. Each bar is the result of traditional processing without compromise - no lecithins or artificial additives.
