White chocolate with pistachios and salt

Our pistachio chocolate has been given a new dimension! We have used the finest pistachios from the Bronte region of Sicily, which are rightly considered green gold. We've now added Maldon salt to enhance their natural sweetness and enhance the taste experience.

Our 40% white chocolate forms the perfect backdrop for the rich, buttery flavour of the pistachios. We've lightly roasted the nuts to bring out their purity, and added just enough salt to create a harmonious balance between sweet and salty.
