White chocolate 40% with coffee beans 50g

This chocolate was created in cooperation with our long-time partner Dobrakava.eu, for whom we have been producing coffee chocolates for many years. This time we have infused the white chocolate with 9 grams of Miiri AB coffee from the Nyeri region of Kenya.

Although it is legally a white chocolate, its appearance and taste will surprise you - the bar has a dark hue and stands out with a complex coffee character. Miiri coffee is processed using the dry method and carries a bright citrus acidity, notes of blackcurrant and dark berry fruit. Together with the subtlety of white chocolate, it creates a taste experience that is intense yet balanced.
