Milk 57% chocolate

Discover the unexpected harmony of forest and chocolate in our milk chocolate with mushrooms from the Beskydy Mountains. We have ground dried mushrooms into a smooth 57% milk chocolate, doubling the amount compared to last year to bring out their earthy, nutty depth. The mushrooms come from Tomáš Kosňovský from the Beskydy forests (susenehriby.cz) and are picked at the ideal stage of growth - between the 1st and 3rd day, when their aroma is most intense. The result is a surprisingly delicate combination that combines the delicacy of chocolate with the character of real porcini mushrooms in every piece.
