


Birthday Chocolate by Clock
When the guys from Clock Brewery came to us with the idea that they would like some chocolates to celebrate the brewery's tenth anniversary, we enthusiastically agreed. Word got around and the flavour combination started to take shape. We tried to project a character into the chocolate that would highlight its quality and at the same time remind us of Clock's philosophy of making quality classic beers, but also novel flavour combinations. The first layer is 47% milk chocolate, which we sprinkled with malt bits and topped with a second layer of white chocolate with elderflower. We have added pieces of freeze-dried passion fruit and mango to the already interesting combination and we think we have created one of the best chocolates ever made in our workshop. At the beginning you will be engulfed by the creamy combination of cocoa and milk. Then the crunchy fruity bits start to pop out, the malty notes come in and the elderflower will keep you entertained for a long time. We wish you all the best for Clock Brewery's tenth birthday.
