Dark 67% Chocolate with Orange Peels

Experience the unconventional pairing of chocolate, hops, and malt. These chocolates were born from a collaboration with our friends at Clock Brewery. Their task was to select beers for which we could fine-tune the chocolates to complement their flavor, allowing you to savor them together.

Clock is a light, highly fermented beer with moderate bitterness and a refreshing aroma of citrus fruits. For this beer, we chose a dark 67% chocolate into which we blended hops and malt, then sprinkled it with candied orange pieces. This chocolate will astonish you with its bitterness, refreshed by the sweetness of orange.
