Malt 82% Dark
An extraordinary chocolate created in collaboration with Bernard Brewery.
For the dark version, we used beans from Trinidad and Bolivia. The beans from Trinidad are of the Trinitario variety, introduced to the region by the Spaniards in the 16th century. In the flavor of these beans, you can find woody notes, spices, butter, and citrus. The beans from Bolivia are from the Beni region and are genetically unique. Cocoa is cultivated on islands known as "chocolatales" (chocolate fields). Beans from Beni are characterized by fruit, spice, and floral notes. Paired with robust 82% chocolate and barley malt, it creates a truly intense bitter taste. However, this chocolate is exceptional not only in terms of taste but also in its appearance. Its shape was custom-made, and the relief is truly remarkable.
