An extraordinary chocolate created in collaboration with Bernard Brewery.
For the milk chocolate version, we used beans from Madagascar in the Sambirano River region. These are Trinitario and Criollo varieties, known for their exceptional quality and taste, highly regarded by chocolate connoisseurs worldwide. In terms of flavor, you can expect notes of red fruits, woody undertones, and nuts. Combined with hops and malt, they create an intriguing bittersweet taste. However, this chocolate is exceptional not only in terms of taste but also in its appearance. Its shape was custom-made, and the relief is truly remarkable.
