Good, honest milk chocolate shouldn‘t be sneezed at. After all, we owe it the chocolate bar as we know it. This one contains 53% of cocoa and all the milk powder does is round the cocoa‘s harder edges. This mix is perfect for those who find dark chocolate too bitter.
